He'll be undergoing chemo for 18 weeks. For those of you who know my dad, you know he's always been the life of the party, with a joke ready for any occasion. Now, he's facing one of the biggest challenges of his life.

<div>The mass at the base of his esophagus has made it impossible for him to eat, and he's currently relying on a feeding tube. This has weakened him and made it so he can't work. My mom, Teri O’Shea, has been taking time off work to be with Dad, ensuring he gets his medicine and the support he needs throughout the day.

<div>Dad is still in great spirits – his same, resilient self – ready to kick cancer's butt and be done with it! We are asking for your help with the medical bills and insurance costs, so Dad can continue getting great treatment from his amazing doctors.
