Rally for Rob

My husband, Rob, was diagnosed with prostate cancer the summer of 2013.  Since then, he has undergone several treatments to manage this cancer, including surgery, radiation, and hormone therapy, each with their own unpleasant side effects.   The hormone therapy (Lupron)  has caused osteoporosis and dental issues.  Rob also has a neurological conditions that makes him prone to falls.  He has already fractured both his tail bone and pelvis due to separate falls.  He needs a treatment to strengthen his bones. It is a monthly injection of Zometa.  Before he can have it, he needs dental clearance, because one side effect of Zometa is necrosis of the jaw. (The jaw bone becomes dead tissue that needs removal and reconstruction) 
The Lupron has damaged his teeth to the point that he needs extensive dental work, and he has no dental insurance.
