Rally time for our EMS brother

I am starting a gofundme for my best friend Adam Hilse and his family. In EMS we are always at the service of someone in their darkest hour of need. We often respond to emergencies and crises that numerous times we wish our eyes could unsee what our mind now won't forget. Never would we imangine that medical emergency would be for ourself. On June 13, 2017 Adam and his partner were taking a transfer from Sikeston, MO up to St. Louis around 11:00pm. On the way up to St. Louis the ambulance was involved in a MVA with a Semi. Once the ambulance hit, the box portion exploded as the roof along with other structure components flew apart. Adam was tossed out of the ambulance and the roof then landed on him dragging him down the highway. From this accident he has sustained serious injuries and will have a long road to recovery. With this accident, Adam was working at his part time Paramedic job to earn extra income for his family and a vacation they would be taking so it is up in the air what workers comp may or may not pay as of this moment. Well Adam has been a great friend to me, always been by my side and helped me in my darkest hour and I will do the same for him by taking the unknown out of the equation and starting a gofundme for the Hilse family with a goal set for 1 year salary that he makes to ensure the Hilse family will be ok during Adams road to recovery.
