RALLY FOR RUTH

Our friend Ruth Uveges was admitted to the hospital this past Thursday after passing out due to low hemoglobin. So far, the transfusions are beginning to help but she has very far to go before they say she is "out of the woods". As we all know-Ruth is ALWAYS there for us, a wonderful listener and a great friend. They have not figured out exactly what is causing this attack on her red blood cells-but in the meantime, Andy and her family are there for her. This means missing work, having travel expenses (tolls, gas) and cafeteria food! Friends are asking "how can we help?" Well, since she in in CCU, I would venture to guess sending food, flowers or just visiting is out of the question. I figured maybe if each one of us donates to this fund-be it a dollar, five or ten, it will add up and help defray some costs. I know Ruth would hand you the last dollar she had in her pocket if you needed it. I am only recommending we try to raise $2500-that should help Andy and the boys for now-so, please think about donating-I am sure this will be appreciated-
