<div>Maddux’s parents have been told that he will not be able to be transported via ambulance to a rehab facility. Their insurances will not cover the cost of the flight to get him there (they are currently looking at a rehab in Denver and another in Atlanta). The flight cost alone will be approximately $38K. <div>As most of you know Maddux was in a vehicle accident. The injuries that he has sustained will cause him to have a lengthy hospital/rehab stay. We need Matt, Cora, Brittany and Josh to be with him as much as possible.

<div>The money that is raised will go towards any hotels, food, gas, and whatever necessities arise.
