Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted individuals,

I am reaching out to you today on behalf of my daughter Kendra Rennie, who is going through an incredibly challenging and unexpected time. Kendra is currently dealing with a serious health issue—a fat-induced umbilical hernia that is causing her excruciating pain, nausea, and vomiting on an almost daily basis. The doctors say the hernia is working it's way into her bowels. She is also experiencing pain from her uterus which has turned sideways.

After numerous medical consultations, Kendra has been scheduled to undergo two surgeries on September 3rd, 2025. One being exploratory to find out what is happening to her reproductive organs and the other one to fix the hernia.

I as her mom will be taking her so that Shane her husband does not miss work or lose any of their income. Kendra will require a lengthy recovery period of at least 6 weeks without working or her income.

As if this wasn't already difficult enough, Kendra does not qualify for state assistance, has no paid time off (PTO) or FMLA, and her husband Shane is working hard to support their family. But with Kendra unable to work and facing significant medical bills and daily expenses, they're in need of support now more than ever.
