Since his diagnosis, this brave young man has endured numerous surgeries, spent weeks in the hospital, and faced aggressive chemotherapy treatments with remarkable courage.

Jack is now scheduled for emergency surgery this week to remove the tumor, which will require the amputation of his leg.</strong>
