Emmanuel’s family lost their father and provider, Julienne age 30, last year due to lack of modern day medicine in West Africa. While his mother reeled from their loss and tried to put their financial affairs in order, 3 year old Emmanuel developed an undetected kidney infection that caused severe damage. He is now on kidney dialysis to sustain his life. While doctors hope that the dialysis and stage of kidney failure may be reversible, his family needs our help in continuing treatment during this process. Where they are from, medical insurance is non-existent and treatment is withheld until payment is received.
