Rally for Anna McGlothlin Stewart

On November 20, 2017, Anna McGlothlin Stewart suffered a stroke. She has been diagnosed with acute kidney failure, and doctors have found a mass on her ovaries which will require surgery to remove.

As many of you know, Anna has dedicated much of her life to helping others. Before moving to Virginia, she worked in group homes in North Carolina and Tennessee, helping troubled teens. Having a huge impact on the life of these teens, many of them still refer to Anna as “mom.”

Anna has attended Raven Assembly of God church for 19 years where she has served as the Children’s Church Director and Missionettes Coordinator.  For the past eleven years, Anna has passionately served as the Daycare Director and Pre-School teacher at Little Champion Daycare. She has lovingly nurtured the children of the daycare and has went above and beyond by hosting many clothing giveaways, Christmas tree angels, coat drives, and back to school drives for children in the Raven area.

Not having medical insurance and not being able to work has put a huge financial strain on Anna and her family. Donations made to this cause will be given  to support them in this time of need.
