Rally for a Soldier's Urgent Eye Surgery

I'm a soldier and have been serving my country for 25 years. A couple of months ago, I was unable to focus, so I decided to visit the medic. I found out that there was a cerebellopontine angle lesion, which has a heterogeneous signal, showing high signal on T2, isointense to brain parenchyma on FLAIR, hypointense on T1, hypercube and FIESTA sequence, which restricts on DWI-ADC and does not present enhancement after the administration of gadolinium. This lesion extends in front of the right pons to the midline, encompassing the vascular structures and cranial nerves V, VI, VII, and VIII on the right side, and makes contact with the right wall of the basilar artery. The right abductor nerve (VI) can be seen pulled laterally towards the aforementioned lesion that encompasses it.
With all that said, this is what happens: depending on where I'm looking, the eye would not return, and only the sclera can be seen. Then, for the most part, I had to blink many times in fast succession to try and bring it back to focus. Recently, that no longer works; it's like it's half in and half out of focus, and I have triple vision in one eye. Can you imagine seeing in three? So my FMO sent me for an MRI, and what do you know, a cyst is pushing on the area of the brain responsible for sight, which is the result of the aforementioned. Now a different game changer and expensive too. Now I need surgery urgently and financial assistance in order to return to normal and the type of soldier I was before all this. THANKS, soldier in need.
