I'm a physician who is raising money for my chronically ill patient through my charity to help his multiple illnesses and disabilities, which include brain and spine damage from multiple sclerosis. He has also suffered two heart attacks. His state and federal health insurance is insufficient for his medical needs, and due to his serious illnesses, the medical treatments he needs are expensive and not all covered. He has many illnesses, is disabled, and is under full-time care at home. He has already exhausted all of his financial resources, and he relies on charity for his housing.

Despite his daily suffering, he is admired by me and by his friends for his optimistic approach to life and always puts the needs of others ahead of his own. He spends his time advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities and ending discrimination.

I'm raising money through my charity to help with his care, and I will continue to provide him with my free medical services.
