Rajesh's stroke rehab

Our dear friend Rajesh Sumra suffered a severe stroke  on October 20th, 2019.  He was rushed to the hospital and went through a major life saving brain surgery to avoid further impact of the Stroke. Rajesh is currently in RWJ University hospital, NJ. With no prior symptoms and in-spite of a healthy life style, this incident has taken everyone by surprise.

Rajesh, as we all know him is very gregarious and a fighter.  He has been able to overcome the most difficult period and his vitals are stable. However, due to the extensive damage to his brain, there will be a long road of recovery and an extensive rehab process. The next few days are still critical for him and we are confident that Rajesh will fight and will beat all the odds.

Rajesh lives in NJ, has a young son - 12 years and his wife is currently not working.  Rajesh was the strongest pillar in his family and we all are praying to have him back with his family and also his old parents.

Given the long road ahead and the expensive treatment and rehab, we have started this fund to help Rajesh and his family during this time of need.  The funds will be used for medical expenses and long term rehabilitation.
