Rajatare extension (juurde-ehitus)

Dear friends of Põhjarada,

Rajatare, our brownie cabin up north at Kotkajärve, is looking to you for help.

As our numbers continue to grow, so too must our activity spaces. With 20 brownies and 15 guides plus leaders currently in Põhjarada and more girls joining in the coming years, Rajatare’s existing bedspace for 8 (in bunk beds), small kitchen and “living room” don’t provide sufficient space, especially during winter camp. Rajatare needs an extension to accommodate the wonderfully large troop.

Põhjarada plans to build additional sleeping space for 12 in bunks, expand the kitchen, create a mudroom, as well as weather-proof the existing flooring for winter camp.

*Edit: the fundraising captain for this project is Talvi, Põhjaraja's secretary. She will ensure that all funds raised here via Go Fund Me, as well as offline and through Põhjaraja's fundraising initiatives (eg. pirukad, T-shirts), go directly to the cost of building materials and the physical building of the cabin.

**Edit 2: Põhjarada is a girl guide troop. Rajatare is one of its cabins where brownies and guides go to summer camp.
