Raising support for Chasity Scheib's accident.

On July 1st, Tri-Valley student Chasity Scheib was involved in an ATV accident in Pitman. The collision resulted in her best friend passing away, and left Chaz in serious, but stable condition.  She was life flighted to Geisinger Hospital, where she is currently being treated for a broken foot, several lacerations, and a damaged carotid artery.

This is an extremely sad time for our community.  It is always painful when such tragedies strike.  The doctors are confident that all of her physical injuries will heal; it is the loss of her friend in the accident that will be the hardest for her.

Due to the nature of the accident, there will be some court dealings requiring legal counsel.  Her injuries will also most likely keep her in the hospital for a few weeks.  We are raising money to help cover the cost of legal fees and miscellaneous costs not covered by insurance.

The support the family has received has already been so generous. We can not express enough how meaningful it is to see such and outpouring of love and compassion.  Any and all gifts are gratefully received.

Other ways you can show your love is by keeping Chaz in your thoughts and prayers.  She has a long road ahead of her.  If you'd like to send cards/flowers/gifts to her you can send them to 818 Deep Creek Rd, Ashland, PA 17921 and we will get them to her; anything to bring a smile to her face.  Gas cards for her parents to travel to and from the hospital are also helpful.
