Raising Reward Money for Par

My husband and I with our 4 small children live just outside of Barnesville, MN. On Monday, 4/11/2022, we found one of our horses dead. After further investigation of the horse, we found a bullet hole in his rear hip and immediately called authorities. The police investigated and confirmed that he was intentionally shot to death by someone with a high-powered rifle. At this time, we have no leads to the arrest of his heartless killer but are hopeful that with reward money it will entice someone to come forward. Donations will be used as reward money for information leading to an arrest.

 

Our horse Par was a 15-year-old quarter horse used for trail rides and overnight camping trips. Par was always our go-to number one dependable horse always hauling a kid around on his back. We have owned Par for over 10 years and loved him dearly. The most heartbreaking thing about all of this was Par gave so much to us and in his last hours, he was in pain and died alone.

 

If an arrest is not made, money will be used to purchase a new family horse.

We did not just lose a horse, we lost a member of our family.
