Hey!

It's Mike, again.

For those of you that know me, I work for a company called Fitzroy, who's mission it is to support independence and enrich the lives of people with learning disabilities. I have engaged in previous fundraising events to raise money for these special people over the years, and this will be my latest venture:

The Bordon Soapbox Derby.

I've never done this before, and getting a Kart prepared has been a challenge all on its own. (Shout out to my father in law, Kieth, who I couldn't of done this without.) So it has been and will be quite the experience!

By taking part this year, i'm hoping to raise awareness of Fitzroy and the work that they do, and hopefully raise some money to buy equipment that will enhance the lives of the people I support personally, who are very special to me.

So if you could spare a fiver, or whatever you're prepared to donate, it would be very much appreciated! You'd be helping the people I support experience and enjoy some new things, and generally brighten up their lives.

Maybe I'll see you there?
