<div>On 3 October 2025, I will be taking on a tough physical challenge: Hyrox. But this isn’t just about fitness - it’s about something much deeper.

<div>I’m raising money for two charities that are incredibly close to my heart:
</div>
<div>•	Baby Loss Club - supporting families through the unimaginable grief of losing a child.
</div>
<div>•	Movember - raising awareness and funding for men’s mental health and cancer support.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This cause is personal. I lost my daughter, Lola, and from that loss I’ve faced immense struggles with my own mental health. I know first-hand the pain, the silence, and the battles that so many men and families go through - often without the support they desperately need.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Baby Loss Club, goes that one step further, this organisation plans to fund 1 million therapy sessions for families who have had to go through child loss. Therapy helped me immensely through my grief journey, and so I could not think of a better cause to raise money and awareness for.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>By doing this Hyrox, I want to honor Lola, raise awareness, and give back to these charities who do such important work. It’s for the fathers, mothers, the families, and for anyone who’s ever felt alone in their pain.
</div>

</div>
<div>Every donation - big or small - will make a difference. It will help provide vital resources for those facing loss, mental health struggles, and cancer. And for me, it’s a way to turn heartbreak into hope.
