Raising Money for my wife to become a doctor

Hi Everyone, my name is Lee and I am married to a beautiful woman who's dream since she was a child was to become a doctor.
Last year she got accepted into Sheffield university in England but we later realised because of her immigration status here in the the UK she is unable to get funding and can not take out student loans for the same reason.
I am currently self employed and my business is going slow. I have to do this business as I have trouble keeping a full time job due to a very Severe IBS and a wheat and lactose intolerance and when I have an episode it leaves me bedridden for almost a week at a time so I am having trouble raising the funds myself.
My wife is too worried to ask anyone for money as she is worried what people would say about her, so I thought I would try and raise the funds myself some other way.
For this reason I don't want to show her face in the image but the image I attached is from a trip we did together recently local to us in Sheffield.
My wife is also a mother to our 5 year old son who we are looking after while she is studying and we are also looking after her elderly father who is terminally ill.
The cost of the course is £9,000 per year which equals to £45,000 for the whole course. She would've had to pay international fees which are more than double but because she is married to a British citizen they put it down to the fees of a local student.
We tried to get other funding and bursaries from the university and other places but again because of her status she wasn't eligible.
We are paying the fees the best we can at the moment with what little money with have and with some help from family but those funds are running out very quickly, we have the fees on a quarterly payment plan set up by the university with each payment costing £2250.
We have paid off the first year but we are really struggling to pay off the rest.
Please help us raise the funds. I wouldn't ask unless I was really desperate. I just really want my wife to be happy and not have this added stress which makes her studies more stressful.
