Raising Money for Liver Transplant

Hello all!

I am raising money for Muhammad Arshad's 5 year old son, Abdurahman Arshad, in Pakistan who is sufering from liver disease and is in need of a liver transplant. Arshad and I come from the same home city, Rawalpindi, and we have been friends for over 5 years.  Last year he lost his older son to the same disease and we really don't want him to loose his last child.

He is currently being treated in Islamabad Shifa Hospital which is the only hospital in the country with the facilities to be able to undertake such a major surgery.

Due to the private health care system the surgery costs $60 000 (5 000 000 RS). My family and I are trying our best to raise as much money as we can. We will be taking out the money raised and then transfering it directly to his bank account in Pakistan to minimize any transfer charges.
