50 Hour Marathon with Ithaca Children's Garden!

VIC Radio is partnering with Ithaca Children's Garden for the 34th Annual 50 Hour Marathon.  From April 16th-18th, 4 DJs will stay up for 50 hours straight to raise money for Ithaca Children’s Garden!

Ithaca Children’s Garden (ICG) is an award-winning, three-acre public children’s garden designed for kids, enjoyed by all and driven by a mission to connect children to nature to create a more beautiful, resilient and just world. ICG’s vision is that every child has the basic human right to play, learn and grow outdoors and develop a life-long relationship with the living world. ICG offers educational programming to youth ages two-to-twelve and offers year-round free community events open to all.

Your donation will go directly to ICG’s Scholarship Fund to help more children connect to nature. Scholarships are available for all ICG’s educational programs. They have a policy to never turn away a family for an inability to pay. By making a donation to Ithaca Children’s Garden you are directly supporting families in your community and every child’s right to play, learn, and grow in nature.

VIC Radio is Ithaca College's student-run online radio station streaming at VICRadio.org , the VIC Radio iOS mobile app and TuneIn Radio. Featuring the "Best of What's Next" in indie-alternative music, the station also airs over twenty weekly specialty music shows and news and sports programming. In addition to streaming, the 50 Hour Marathon will also broadcast locally on WICB's 91.7 FM. Plus, you can watch the Marathon on ICTV.org and Spectrum Channel 16 in the City of Ithaca.
