Please help us help our son

UPDATED...We adopted our son several years ago. He was born with malrotation, septic shock, hursh brungs disease and several different issues including mental disabilities (retardation), physical and speech disability. He has had many surguries. This boy has gone through so much. We had potty trained him, taught him many things that doctor said he would never know how to do along with his school. For at least a year now Joey has been going through self-injurious behaviors giving himself black eye, busting his own lips, scratching himself to the point of bleeding. He has put his head through bedroom walls, destroyed furniture I could go on and on. A few weeks ago we started noticing a change in Joey. He started becoming very withdrawn, he had stopped talking now he just mumbles,  he does not use the restroom anymore.. he constantly goes in his pants, he was trying to escape 24 hours a day, now he is more paranoid, filled with anxiety, acts out towards others more than ever, we have emergency situation with Joey and with my vehicle dying a couple of weeks ago I no longer have a way to get him any place.  He has refused to feed himself any longer when he eats which is not often. He acts like he has no clue who we are, he wont make eye contact like he used to. You can ask his name and he has no clue what it is, he will say chuck e cheese or batman which the crisis line found funny. He requires 24-hour care, me and my husband take shifts watching him  even though we have took measures to  lock doors and gates,  he now once again uses adult diapers, he is still not sleeping thru the night at all. He's constantly on the move, he will slide out of his chair onto the floor and refuses to get up. This list could go on and on as well as the other. We are having to run him back and forth to Egleston due to the crisis line not taking us serious. Tanner hospital insisted it was an infection but antibiotics do nothing for his mental state. We are having to buy medical supplies go back and forth to hospitals and try to get him to doctors appointments. We also just found out that we have to get legal guardianship of Joey now that he is 19  to be able to make any of these Medical  decisions for him  which is a big cost ($2000) and we are now financially strapped. We appreciate any kind of help from anybody at this point. I cannot work due to not having any help and always having to be ready to go get him. Anyone who knows Joey can tell you how friendly and lovable he's always been. Now he is to a point to where he has not a clue what is even going on. Prayers are always welcome in our family we believe strongly in the power of Prayer.  Anything helps us try to get him the help he needs.  We have started an account just for Joeys needs.
