Raising funds for the send-off Ross Scott deserves

Thank you for visiting this go fund me campaign to raise funds for Ross Scott’s funeral.
Ross is 25, he is my little cousin. He was born 3/10/94 in Scotland...I remember the very moment I heard of his birth! I was 7, i was so excited! My mother was there to witness his birth. From then on, even with a move down to the south of England for my parents and I, the bond between us and my little cousin remained strong.
The youngest of five, he had a lively childhood. Ross was always singing and dancing, he would chat the ears off you! Such a sweet boy. And he grew into a sweet man. He would always ask how you are no matter how bad a day he was having! He’d do anything to put a smile on someone’s face!
Sometimes, though, life is just too unfair. Too cruel....
in the later part of 2016 Ross became unwell...and got worse.....months went on....and finally...after a near fatal infection, Ross welcomed in 2017 with the devastating news that he was HIV positive.
Like the warrior that he is, he took this news, took this whole lifestyle change of meds and constant blood checks, he took it all on!
Since then it’s been a bumpy road....a very heartbreaking road.
Ross was told that he had progressed to aids in the later part of 2019, in October he was told he might not make Christmas....
its now past new year and he’s still here, fighting! In the new decade 2020!
He’s under hospice care now, but heartbreakingly, time is running out.
What is breaking my heart writing this the most, is knowing my cousin is on his death bed worrying about the cost of his own funeral. He knows his mum can’t afford a proper funeral for him, but he doesn’t want a paupers funeral. The amount of love and light that boy has brought into peoples lives, he deserves so much more!
Please, if anyone reading this can spare anything, just to help my Aunt and my family give Ross the send off he deserves, we would be most grateful.
Ross has touched many lives in his 25 years on this earth with us, it’s time we come together for him!
