In 2022 I lost my sister in law to this horrid illness for which there is no cure. All funds raised will go to fund research. The IMNDA provides funding towards research on an annual basis, funding scientific and medical research of the highest quality specific to the Motor Neurone Disease Association NSW directly for research.

More information about Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association: The Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA) is the only organisation of its kind in the country providing specialised services to families affected by this terminal condition. The Association cannot slow the progression of MND or change the outcome but we can alleviate the feelings of isolation and frustration. We offer vital services and support to approximately 400 families across Ireland who otherwise would have nowhere else to turn.
