YOU AND YOUR NETWORK HAVE THE POWER TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19—QUICKLY AND SAFELY.
Our original goal was to donate 13,200 face shields but now we have distributed 19,200 face shields to hospitals, nursing homes, first responders, vulnerable communities, sheriff's offices, grocery stores, dentists, health clinics, salon employees and volunteers supporting food distribution. We are raising our goal to 50,000 face shields!

HOW ARE YOU MANUFACTURING THE SHIELDS?
We have a community 3D printed face shield which is the GOODSHIELD2020 shown in the far right photo and a foam face shield model which is the GOODSHIELD2000 shown in the far left photo. Raw materials are sourced and fabricated through a network of #MAKEITTHRU and #RVAProjectShield makers and fabricators to cut and produce the raw materials which are assembled with local #GOODHEALTHTaskForce volunteers.
CAN I PURCHASE A SHIELD FOR MYSELF, MY FAMILY, A FRIEND OR A BUSINESS?
This fundraising campaign is not designed to purchase face shields, however we do have a GOODSTORE where you can purchase a face shield and for every shield purchased, we will donate a face shield to the community and track progress with this campaign effort.

To manufacture the GOODSHIELD 1000, we partnered with #RVAProjectShield effort to include BUILDRVA, RVAMakers, #MAKEITTHRUALLIANCE, VCU's da Vinci students for the Health Innovation Consortium and the #NCGOODHealthTaskForce.
The GOOD WORK Society partnered with the #MAKEITTHURALLIANCE, Mobelux, and VCU's da Vinci students for the Health Innovation Consortium for the GOODSHIELD2020.
HOW DO I REQUEST SHIELD DONATIONS?
If you are working with a healthcare facility, essential workers, or vulnerable communities, you can request a donation with THIS LINK .
