TANZANIA PROJECT
To all my friends and family please share and take the time to read this post, it will mean a lot x So I know this is a random request but when you read this hopefully all will become clear. Back in October 2017, I travelled to Tanzania with my old college, Imberhorne. Part of the trip was to visit an Orphanage, and as a group one of our ideas for the Orphanage was to introduce a sanitary project for the girls to make and sell pads for the locals. As I'm sure you can imagine, it's hard for many girls to buy or even talk about sanitary products in Tanznaia. Our teacher who came with us had a design where by the girls could make reusable pads. It's hard to imagine how it works living in a more developed country that we do but believe me they're just so cool and so practical from them. Anyway a few days a go I saw that Imberhorne are asking for both knickers and bed sheets to send over for the Orphanage to help keep their supplies up. The lady who runs the Orphanage, Veronica, is going into schools as part of a project to spread awerness about the reuseable pads and is in need of supplies to continue her project. To help give girls something that shouldn't be classed as a luxury item, to me is one of the best things we can do to help this world become a better, safer and cleaner place for everyone. If you are able to help by donating as much as you can, it will make such a difference. All the money you help raise will go towards buying supplies. Thank you for taking the time to make a difference and taking the time to read my post
