Raise up Richard

Like everyone else, Go Fund Me pages have popped up while I was looking at Facebook.  I’ve read some, scrolled through others and deemed some worthy of a donation.  However, I never thought a close family member would need a Go Fund Me page.  Recently that changed….

My dad, Richard Hobson, has been diagnosed with cancer.  Then just days before his first surgery, he was terminated by his employer, with no explanation.   

Because it’s a very personal matter, I will only share minimal information regarding his health and no details of his past employment.

Dad is currently recovering from his first surgery and awaiting a second surgery.   Not earning a paycheck while faced with paying for “cobra” health insurance and trying to keep up on bills has caused additional anxiety when he needs to be focused on his health.   

This page is a way to show our love and support.   Also, please keep my dad and mom in your prayers.  Just by sharing this page shows your support!

I know that this is not our permanent situation it’s just our current situation and although it’s one of the hardest times in our life I know how loved my dad is by all of you.   Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Xoxoxoxo
