Each leadership training curriculum is lead by the highly experienced trainers and staff in a safe environment and engaging format covering key topics:  self-awareness/self-worth,  accountability &amp; responsibility,  relationships (family, peers, community),  communication &amp; leadership skills,  consequences of actions &amp; conflict resolution,  team concept (win-win),  integrity &amp; keeping your word  and more.
