Raise the Roof -Guzman Family

We have known Michael and Kimberly Guzman for many years, and have been immeasurably blessed by their friendship. Their family has loved and served the community of Exeter for many years. For those of you who don't know them, Michael is a pastor, and he spends his hours discipling his family and his flock. A pastor doesn't always have "office hours", as they are available to their church family at almost all hours of the day. They continue to give of their time, talent, and energy, and now we have the unique opportunity to serve them.
Michael and Kimberly currently have an outdated, deteriorated wood shake roof, which will likely leak when the rainy season returns to the valley. They know that they have to replace it before the rain comes. Because we are close friends, we know that they have had a few roofers come out and give them estimates on restoring the wood shake roof, OR replacing it with asphalt. They've weighed the options and tried to be sound in their decision, but what it comes down to is they need to change to an asphalt roof. To bring it up to code, this will also include insulating the attic, per their professional estimates.
They would never have gone out and done this on their own, but after a few months of praying about it and deciding how to go about blessing them, it became apparent that this would be the easy method to spread the word and raise the roof!
How amazing would it be to bless them, now that the body of Christ knows of a tangible need of the leader of their home church? We just know that they would be shocked and filled with gratitude if we can fill this need as a family of familes.
