Raise the Rent in 2025!!

Dear Friends & Supporters,

Since being diagnosed with Stage 1 Chronic Kidney Disease back in 2018, I’ve been honored by your gracious and kind response to help my journey of recovery, healing, and progress become possible.

In the past year I’ve experienced great remission even with other medical issues (due to long COVID impacts and recent heart disease procedures) making life a bit more challenging!

A recent loss of time from my full-time employment (all unpaid) to take care of primary medical expenses and treatment has necessitated temporarily depleting both my savings and credit resources - but, thankfully, I am better, stronger, and have returned to work again in the new year.

Currently, the financial goal is to fundraise for the amount of 1 month's rent plus utilities ($950) so as to create a small margin of breathing room to realign my budget to course over the remainder of this year.

As I’ve said before, all the pennies matter – and some of you awesomely responded without hesitation. I continue to have faith that whatever amount you can donate this time (as a return ally or first time hero) will be of immediate assistance. My heartfelt thanks for whatever grace looks like to you.

It's never easy to humble myself in asking for help yet I am faithful to know what help I do receive will continue to teach me how blessings are able to be returned to those along the journey each of us share…together!
