Raise the Humanity

With over 2 million views on her LinkedIn post, Charisse Fontes has experienced struggles in life, which led her to her passion for humanity in the workplace and homespace.

Humanity Power™ was birthed out of a hard question that Charisse has developed into a symbol of hope for our humanity. Highlighting that there is unity in our Humanity.

These are the ways Humanity Power is helping end the -isms (ableism, ageism, colorism, sexism, and racism) that are harming our humanity through various programs.

Educational Content that is uplifting and positive. Taking on topics like racism as a heart problem and not a hard problem. Humanity Power is creating content that transcends the current mainstream narratives and provides space and helpful solutions to ending the 'isms.

Third Thursdays provide food to people regardless of their need, including the unhoused.

Third Saturday events bring the community together through a cleanup event, creating unity while cleaning up our planet in the process.

The Adventures of Humanity the Manatee teaches kids about their humanity and how to use it through the eyes of a little manatee character.

These funds will go directly to the communities we impact in the Bay Area, California, where people are delivered meals the third of every month regardless of their needs and are united through our community cleanup efforts. We’re in immediate need of funds in order to continue our programs.

This GoFundMe would also allow us to expand to other communities, help us feed more people, and develop a curriculum around ableism, colorism, ageism, sexism, and racism for schools, parents, and universities.

We will also be able to expand The Adventures of Humanity the Manatee book series and curriculum, with the goal of donating a book to each teacher and classroom who requests it.
