For the past few years my Grandpa has been coping with skin cancer on his head. After many skin grafts the doctors decided it would be best to stop this process as it is extremely painful. The alternative treatment has been equally painful causing significant discomfort over a prolonged period of weeks. Knowing how much this has affected him and acknowledging his love of racing both on bike and on foot, my friend and I have decided to raise funds for the British Skin Foundation. We will follow in his footsteps and walk/run the Yorkshire three peaks on 14th September as quickly as we are able to raise some money and awareness for those who are suffering from skin cancer. All funds raised will be donated to the British skin foundation. Your support is greatly appreciated.
