Raise money for wells in memory of Mohammed Nehman

Donation protected

Peace and blessings be upon you all.

This go fund me page has been setup by myself ubaid (relative) and Arbab Ali (youngest brother of Mohammed Nehman) to help raise money to build hand pumps and water wells in villages across the world that have no access to clean drinking water.

As most of you are aware yesterday we lost a Brother, Father, Husband and son in Mohammed Nehman to COVID-19. Nehman was a popular, friendly, cheerful, happy go lucky person, who would go out of his way to help others. Many people knew him as he worked for National Express West Midlands for 11 years. In particular he was a bus driver on number 8 route and made many friends through work, young and old, everyone loved him. He would go out of his way to stop and say hello to anyone he knew. He leaves behind a wife and three young children.

As a family we are completely heartbroken and devastated by what has happened. Never did we think one of our own family members would be a victim of this virus.

Nehman was a key worker during this epidemic. He knew the importance of making sure other members of the public can get to work, in particular NHS staff and doctors. He took great caution when it came to work, however even after all the precautionary measures, Nehman was unable to avoid COVID-19.

In my last conversation with Nehman he asked me to buy face masks so that he could give them to his co-workers and friends at work. This conversation sums up the loving, kind and selfless person Noman was. He didn’t need to do this, but it was in his nature to think of others.

I am setting up this go fund me page to help raise as much money as possible to build as many wells and hand pumps possible in memory of my beloved brother Shaheed Mohammed Nehman as a form of Sadqah Jariya. This will not only benefit my brother, but also many people who are still alive but have no access to water in rural villages. With your help we can change lives for the better, this virus has given us a glimpse of the struggles people must face in poorer countries around the world.

Finally I will again take this opportunity to advise everyone to take extra caution and care. May the almighty help us all get through this together. Ameen.

we will be using a charity called Global relief trust to help achieve our mission.

With love
Arbab Ali
