<div>Mental health affects many people, often quietly and profoundly, and having access to reliable resources can make all the difference in navigating difficult times.

<div>A family member has been through many troubled years, with such issues and the MIND organisation have provided her with the skills and information to deal with her circumstances. 
</div>
<div>At some time in our lives we need some guidance &amp; help from an organisation such as MIND.
