Raise funds to cover legal costs

Hi, we are Woodbridge Emily's Fish and Chips, and we need your help.

We took over Woodbridge Fish and Chips over 4 years ago and have worked extremely hard to turn this business into one that you all know and love today.

Due to the similarities of our trading name and locating right next door to Woodbridge Super Deli, we decided to change our name to Emily’s Fish and Chips (named after my baby daughter).

After many years, the deli has unfortunately decided to trademark our entire business name, leaving us no other option but to contest and fight against this.

We have secured a lawyer to help us, which unfortunately costs huge amounts of money, and this is where we need your help.

We are always grateful to each and every one of you when you chose us for your Fish and Chips and that is why we work hard to bring you the best every time you come to see us.

Unfortunately, this is something we did not see coming and is very costly and unexpected from our neighbours.

We appreciate your donation and will pay you back with our amazing service and food.
