Funeral and Support For Ernesto Tamayo and Family

On the 4th of May Ernesto “Boyet” Tamayo has been tragically taken from this world leaving behind his wife Kathy and young son Matt.  Boyet who is originally from Davao City Philippines has dedicated his life to be an exemplary nurse for the NHS in the UK for nearly 20 years, he was a fun loving  family man, well respected who has lived through hardships from a young age yet worked really hard to gain recognition for his service to nursing. Boyet has been my close friend for many years and we are deeply saddened by his loss. 

With Katherine’s consent we are fundraising to raise money for the sudden cost of his funeral and  anything extra to support his family.

It is a very difficult time for Kathy financially and everyone in the community that knows him are still in deep shock.

We are appealing for your kindness and support  so we can give Boyet a send off befitting a hero frontliner whose sole purpose in life is to serve and care for the sick and vulnerable.

Any donation big or small will go a long way and Boyet’s family will be extremely grateful.

We would like to thank everyone who have taken time to read this and to those who have sent their messages of condolences and prayers for Kathy and Matt.

Donations will be handled by Russell Sumilhig with Katherine’s authorisation and all funds will be directed to Katherine via bank transfer.
