Raise funds for St Luke’s hospice

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of St Luke's Hospice Plymouth and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
More information about St Luke's Hospice Plymouth: Our Charities vision is a community where no person has to die alone, in pain or in distress. We strive to achieve this by supporting as many patients as possible in Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

What we didn’t know as a family was St Lukes also does palliative care outside of the hospice to allow someone to pass where they wish, Mum‘s wish was to pass at home and St Lukes made this possible with their care not only for Mum but for dad aswell in her home.
They helped us all understand what to expect in the upcoming months and to be there every step with Dad which also helped the family deal with the upcoming loss of mum.

The nurses from St Luke’s and the staff at the hospice could not have been more helpful and still continue to do so.
Dad wishes to help raise money for St Luke’s and awareness that this service is available in your homes. And also in memory of his wife/our mum.

Dad will be climbing Mount Snowden with me and my friend Mark for support on Sunday the 26th of May.
Mount Snowdon is 1085 m above sea level so we would like to raise a pound for every metre at least for St Luke’s.
if anybody would like to join us, you are more than welcome.

Thank you
