Hi, My name is Maxine and own MaxWhit Services Ltd, a small family - run business operating as Cleaning Business in Birmingham, that have served our local community for many years. 
 
We are now facing closure after £7000 in service charges was unfairly allocated to us following works carried out by property owners.
 
If we are forced to pay this alone, our business will have to close.
