<div>And so we are calling on the support of humanity to fund this work, starting with Chloe’s role, which will be the first paid position in Singularity.

<div>To honour Chloe’s time and energy for this role, we are seeking to raise £1000 p/month.
</div>

<div>This will support her in her role as Operations Manager, which involves coordinating the different parts of the Singularity ecosystem (e.g. national cells, members group, national cell point holders group, international policy circle, etc.) and actively managing their evolution, growth, connection, synergy, and output.

<div>Chloe has already received an initial donation from a generous supporter of Singularity in Russia that covers her first month and a half of work, and now we are seeking to make the flow of support for her role steady.
</div>

<div>The Operations Manager role is critical to the healthy functioning and evolution of singularity, and Chloe has already shown herself to be an amazing fit for the work and the Singularity community.
