Hospice Care for Rocky

Hi friends my name is Rocky and I am a sweet little old man. I was dumped over a fence into someone’s yard. My foster mom took me to the vet and got all my vaccines and even got me neutered. I have really itchy skin, some bad teeth and I am hunched over like I have been kept on a crate that was to small.
