Minor "Ray" Jackson's Heart and Lung Transplant

Long-time Loon Cafe and downtown restaurant/club employee Minor "Ray" Jackson is battling cardiac sarcoidosis with progressive heart and lung disease. His diagnosis means he’ll eventually need a heart and lung transplant. He is currently at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, preparing to fight the long battle of surgery and recovery.
