UPDATE: We want to inform everyone that we've secured a court date for September 25th. Rahiem Shabazz won't need to turn himself in; this matter will be resolved in court, marking a small victory today. Shabazz is prepared to vigorously defend himself against these baseless accusations and lies, and we anticipate the charges will be dropped once the evidence is presented.
He won't make any public or private statements until after the 25th. Regardless of the outcome, Shabazz will face adversity with unwavering resilience, echoing the words of revolutionary comrade, George Jackson, "Patience has its limits, take it too far, and it's cowardice." Shabazz will maintain his patience until September 25th.
Please continue to support Shabazz in his on-going legal battle to clear him of all charges.

People often say that the cost of freedom can be steep, sometimes even leading to dire consequences, while speaking the unvarnished truth may result in facing imprisonment. Recently, several Fulton County Sheriff's unexpectedly arrived at my doorstep to serve me with an order of protection.
When faced with irrefutable facts, some resort to falsehoods as a defense. It appears they are making efforts to have me booked and processed. Many individuals are well aware of the person responsible for this, recognizing it as retaliation for my outspokenness on social media for his indiscretion in the Black community.
The manner in which the police approached the situation was rather unconventional, but it has become clear why this was the case. Additionally, this individual falsely claimed that I am frequently armed and carry firearms, which, given the current political climate surrounding police shootings of Black men, is highly concerning.
I, Rahiem Shabazz, vehemently reject all allegations presented in the Temporary Protective Order. This last-minute maneuver is not only an attempt to stifle my voice on social media but also a scheme to ultimately incarcerate me. This individual was called out on social media for bad business practice with myself and other, in addition to his abuse of Black Woman in the community.
It has been more than three decades since my last encounter with law enforcement. During this time, I have traveled extensively across the country, addressing diverse audiences at numerous venues, including prisons, universities, public forums, and private events. My mission has centered on addressing mass incarceration, promoting community safety, and advocating for the successful reintegration of individuals into society.
Nowhere in my interactions with this individual has there been any instance of me brandishing or publicly displaying a firearm, nor have I ever been in possession of a firearm in my home. In response to these baseless allegations, I am assembling a legal team of attorneys to vigorously defend against this case and any potential future actions that this individual may pursue.
