Raelene Adam

Hi, my name is Stacey and I am raising funds to assist a friend of mine, Raelene Adam.

Raelene is a registered nurse and has been in the field for the past 11 years.

Raelene was injured at work last December. Since then, she has undergone a spinal L4-L5 laminectomy, microdiscectomy and the removal of cyst.

She has been unable to work due to her injury and is currently in recovery. She is also trying to navigate through all of the requirements for EI, WCB, and disability.

Due to complications and long wait times with WCB, EI, and disability, she is in need of financial assistance to help with utilities, etc.
