Expression through flavor and responsible/sustainable ingredients will be an inspiring catalyst to start our new venture. The idea is to bring this food to our community by any means possible. But do it in a fashion that isn't pretentious and is accessible to people of all incomes. To accomplish this we need a kitchen whether on wheels or at a fixed location and we also need start up capital. And that's where we need some help!
I am reaching out to the community or non traditional investors for donations to help fund the startup of a business concept. All of our food will be made from scratch using local and organic ingredients as often as possible. The menu will feature contempary comfort foods as well as classic breakfast and lunch items with modern twists. Overall our establishment will offer something that is lacking in rural areas, fresh and contemporary food that has a conscious. NO GMO's or foods from large wholesalers will be used. Our mission will be to strictly use Maine based companies to enrich our products and our local economy. Donations can be made in any amount. Anything and everything helps! We will offer special coupons to those that donate 200.00 dollars or more once we are up and running . But the biggest return will be our thanks and gratitude, as this will surely be reflected at our new establishment. Hope to see you all there!
