The 30 year old mother of three fell out of a tree to rescue her cat. She fell awkwardly and broke a vertabrae and doctors believe she may never walk again.
It's a freak accident that could have happened to anyone.
Rachel is staying extremely positive, that's just how she is. But as her friends, we know she's going to need all the help she can get looking after her gorgeous children.
