In December 2017, Rachelle and Chris welcomed their first baby, Adam Clark, and everyone was overjoyed.
While enjoying being a new mom, Rachelle developed a nagging cough, which she initially attributed to cold and flu season. However, after a few months of trying different remedies recommended by her doctor, her symptoms did not go away.
After a family vacation and returning to work, her doctor finally ordered more tests and Rachelle was recently diagnosed with Non-Small Cell Lung cancer (NSCLC), a very rare occurrence for someone like her (no family history and she isn’t a smoker).
Rachelle is facing this head on and has begun a fierce treatment schedule which will continue through the summer.
