Rachel recovery help

I took a fall on June 16th, fracturing my L1 vertebrae (burst fracture). I spent 5 days in the hospital for close monitoring, pain management, and to make sure that I was not going to have surgery to repair the damage. They did have it scheduled at one point. I never realized how many little things you are able to do on a daily basis until they cannot be done. I have spent the last three months in a body brace and fortunately been able to have the area stabilize so that I should not need surgery. However, the healing process is only a fraction of where it needs to be and it is going to take more time to recover. I am not going to even begin physical therapy for at least another month.  I have filed for disability, but that process is a long one ( I have already been denied twice)  and it does not look like it is going to resolve any time quickly. Medical bills are currently in excess of $50,000 and growing and no medical insurance. I am working to get as much of these resolved through medicaid and sponsorship, but again this is a process. 

I am still struggling through the aftermath of heart conditions, thyroid cancer, radiation therapy and other chronic medical difficulties. If it were not for my family, my friends and some very valuable life tools I have been taught along the way, I would have thrown in the towel already. 

Since I do not know when or if I am going to be able to return to work, there is no income coming in. My daughter Jackie and her boyfriend, James are providing as much financial, emotional and physical support as they are able. I am needing help to meet the month to month bills such as rent, power, water, insurance, medication and groceries. I am out of resources and I am humbly asking for help. I would also be most grateful for any prayers that could be offered up for me.
