Jim Shanahan’s Hospice Awareness

Tax deductible

Jim Shanahan passed away on July 28 and spent his final days at the Huron Hospice surrounded by loving family and the caring and compassionate staff and nurses at the Hospice.

We would like to thank the Huron Hospice for making the final days of dad’s life more bearable for him and our family. We can not express our heartfelt gratitude for the care and compassion of the staff and nursing care. They will forever be in out hearts.

We are raising funds to help with the expansion costs to accommodate more patients and to create more accessibly to the outdoor facilities at the residence.

The Hospice’s mission is to provide FREE quality hospice palliative care while supporting individuals and families through their journeys of loss. The hospice provides palliative care services in Huron County, Ontario, Canada, in people's homes, hospitals, long-term care, or our hospice residence through a network of specially trained volunteers and nursing staff. Their vision is to Make Moments Matter by inspiring a compassionate community. Help make Moments Matter and give generously to Huron Hospice today.
