Movember

Hey all. Most of you know I've had a beard for over 23 years more or less. This year I've shaved all and am going to grow a  moustache (not a fan) and committing to walk 60km in month of November. Anyone who knows me knows this 60 km is quite a big undertaking.. marking the 60 men a day who commit suicide. I'm hoping to raise awareness and funds for 2 charities one suicide awareness and another Cancer research with some help of my fellow colleagues in old age team. So please dip deep. I know 2020 has been a crap year for many let's help some who don't believe they have much.
