Maya's surgery

We are the Justine family; missionaries to northern Thailand, parents to 5 amazing kids, and adopting a new daughter into our family from China very soon.
Our newest daughter, Maya, has hip dysplasia. She has already had one major surgery in China and will need a second surgery as soon as she comes home to us. Her first surgery set her hip in place with plates, pins, and screws. She has spent most of the last four months recovering in her crib, no longer able to crawl or walk. As soon as Maya is home she will need a second surgery to remove the hardware from the first surgery. After that time, she can relearn how to crawl, pull to stand, and walk.
We are raising money now to pay for the surgery Maya will need.
The journey ahead will not be an easy one for Maya. We're so grateful our family will be able to surround her and cheer her on as she overcomes the obstacles in front of her. We cannot wait to make her our daughter!
