Earthquake in Mexico Relief Fund

At least 230 people are dead after a magnitude 7.1 earthquake rocked central Mexico on Tuesday afternoon.

My name is Nancy Calderon and I am a Mexican living in New York. Being far away from home makes me much more eager to extend a hand to those in need and use my voice and influence to generate awareness and help.

Unfortunetly towns in Mexico are not getting the desperate help they need.. see picture with list of towns (each green check mark represents a truck full of goods that has been delivered already, no checkmark = no help yet. Bringing together our family in Mexico and the one here we came up with a plan.

We will be loading our 3 ton truck that’s in Pachuca, Hidalgo and filling it with food, water, medicine and anything else that’s needed, and driving it into the towns that still require help. We will personally be delivering the goods ourselves and do a second trip if needed depending on how much funds we are able to collect.

Whatever you can help with will be immensely appreciated. Our planet continues to be riddled with natural disasters; this is the reality we live in. Another reality is the nature of people like you, supporting the family you have yet to meet.
